Brittany is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. Brittany has been providing mental health support for over ten years. She holds a Master of Arts (MA) Degree in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree in Psychiatric Nursing. Brittany is an adjunct faculty member at Adler University and supervises counselling students through Paragon’s Student Program.

Brittany works with children, teens, and adults. Using a client-centred approach, Brittany partners with clients to help identify areas of growth and uses evidence-based techniques to help facilitate change. Brittany has training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Play-based Therapies.
